Clear answers.
Better decisions.
Understand the fit, the responsibilities, and the expectations before you begin your furnishing program.
Choosing your program
Three offers address different stages and portfolios: Furnishing Launch for establishing a program, Consumer Furnishing for rent and installment account histories, and Commercial Furnishing for business trade relationships. The right scope depends on your records, current capabilities, and intended destinations.
Begin with your starting point. If you need to establish the program itself, start with Furnishing Launch. If you already have a defined program, distinguish consumer obligations from commercial trade relationships. A business with both portfolios may need separate scopes for each.
The focus is furnishing infrastructure for businesses that maintain payment relationships. It is not a promise to remove accurate information or produce a particular credit score.
Readiness and expectations
No. Participation, credentialing, testing, and acceptance depend on each destination’s requirements and your specific arrangements. Internal preparation and bureau authorization are separate milestones.
A description of your business, the kinds of payment relationships you manage, an approximate account volume, and your current reporting approach. Do not include personal account records or sensitive payment details in the initial inquiry.
Timing depends on the condition of your source records, the work needed to establish the program, and external requirements. A launch schedule should be based on those facts rather than a universal deadline.
No. Credit outcomes depend on the information in a credit file, the scoring model, and other factors outside a furnishing program. No particular score change is guaranteed.
Ongoing operations
Submission records an attempt to deliver information. A destination response provides separate evidence about what happened to that delivery. Reporting should retain both, including outstanding responses and records that need attention.
They are part of the ongoing account lifecycle. An investigation should connect the question to supporting records, an attributable decision, and any authorized correction. The applicable requirements and responsibilities must be established for the program.
The scope should reflect your offer, portfolio size, data preparation needs, destinations, and ongoing support requirements. The Pricing page describes the commercial structure; a specific engagement needs an agreed scope.
